    In this series, we've discussed important skills that individuals can possess to be successful. 0:00
    These soft skills include effective communication, flexibility and time management, 0:05
    problem solving, working with a team, and accepting feedback. 0:11
    There are many more that we could cover here, but here's a few that are worth mentioning. 0:16
    Positive attitude. Positive attitude is a great boost to a team. 0:22
    Simply put, people who don't want to work with negative people. Honesty is always important, 0:28
    but when problems arise, there's always a positive that can be taken from it. 0:34
    There's going to be days when we don't feel so happy about things, 0:39
    so when a colleague is positive, you'll see just how helpful they can be. 0:43
    Self confidence. You need to believe in yourself. You can always learn more. You can always grow. 0:49
    Negative experiences can always be learned from. If you don't try, you'll never know if you can do something, 0:55
    so even when you make mistakes, and we all do, we can learn from them. A new skill or solution can be learned. 1:02
    All it takes is some confidence and the willingness to try. 1:09
    Conflict resolution. Working with others means that you're going to have disagreements from time to time. 1:13
    Whether the disagreement is between you and someone else or between other people, 1:19
    you must understand both sides of an argument before the right solution can be reached. 1:24
    You might have to persuade others to see a point or even negotiate an agreement, 1:29
    but in the end, the solution should be in the best interests of the people involved, whether it's the project, the client, or the company. 1:34
    Critical thinking and observation. Being hired to do a job doesn't mean that you should blindly produce your work. 1:45
    Thinking of ways to become quicker, more efficient at doing your job benefits you and those who rely on you. 1:53
    You might be able to determine better ways to produce work, communicate, manage tasks, or do entire projects. 2:00
    Not all ideas will work, but sharing these ideas with others can lead to ones that can improve everyone's work, not just your own. 2:08
    So, if you consider all the skills we've discussed here, you'll see that lot of them come down 2:17
    to a willingness to share, to support, and to work together. 2:22
    Embracing a work lifestyle that involves communication and feedback as well as collaboration 2:28
    and working together to improve things can only lead to positive results. 2:36
    No matter what job you're in right now or the career you hope to have, consider these skills 2:41
