Adding a contact page to WP

I have watched the video on how to add a plugin that has a contact plugin in on, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone know what video it is?

The plugin you're after is one I recommend, and I believe Zac does in the video, and it is Contact Form 7.

Super simple contact form - http://wordpress.org/plugins/super-simple-contact-form/

Gravity forms - http://www.gravityforms.com/ It is not available as a plugin. You will have to purchase a license and then download the plugin and upload it manually in the plugins section.

Gravity form Add-on for custom post type support - http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-custom-post-types/

A good and free alternative to using gravity forms is contact form 7 - http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

How do I add a receiving email to the contact form 7? I have it installed, I just need to set the email up.
