Your answer is almost perfect. Really great job.
The only thing that's causing your code to not pass is the fact that in your if statement you're checking if the variable num divided by two leaves you with a remainder of one. But num is undefined, the argument you pass into the function is stored in the variable value (as that is the name of the parameter you've given in your function definition).
Instead of checking: if num % 2 == 1:...
, check: if value % 2 == 1:...
.
Make that minor change, and you should be good to go. Nice work.
