So I will be working on my portfolio soon, first just to get hands on I would like it to be just on one page and if somebody wants to click for example on service it will take them there, something like this : www.jeroenhoman.com/
This is in wordpress, anybody has an idea how I can create something like this either in wordpress or html/css, what plugins should I use, or what articles/tutorials will help me achieve my goal?

9,767 PointsOn the surface of things there doesn't seem to much that's "special" about it other then a nice design. Looks very similar to Twitter bootstrap which everyone seems to be using these days. http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/
