Anyone recommend a shop-system?

I would like to have a landing page including an 'ORDER NOW' button which directs the customer directly to a payment page.

Its only one product thats offered - can you recommend using a wordpress-theme?

A shop system is generally overkill for just 1 product. There is usually no good point of using Woocommerce or EDD for just 1 product. You could use something more simple and light weight like https://wordpress.org/plugins/stripe/ .
