3,483 PointsAssign raw value to a variable?? How?
Create a variable called turtleSpeed and assign it the raw value of member Slow.
enum Speed: Int {
case Slow=10
case Medium=50
case Fast=100
}
var turtelSpeed = Speed.Slow.rawValue //also tried var turtleSpeed = Speed(rawValue: 10)

57,712 PointsI think the variable needs to be called turtleSpeed
- that'll upset the compiler if it isn't. Your construct is correct ...
Let me know if that doesn't help.
Steve.
