Auto Population of Examples

In the video, when Zac opens a new example file in his text editor, it seems like the title of the file auto populates into the functions.php file. I've opened the file in my text editor, removed the comment syntax, and now when I open new Example files, I don't see the titles auto populating in my functions file. Is there some sort of shortcut I should be using on the keyword to turn this feature on in my text editor or something? I'm using the most recent version of Sublime.
