Hi, which CSS property is used with the background properties that is "the property and value that forces any padding and border widths into its total width and height"

I think the box-sizing property may be your answer. This CSS property specifies that <div> elements should have padding and border included in the element's total width and height:

That last property isn't specifically related to the background.
