The instructions ask you to "Below role, create a new variable named msg" (not "message").

Then, they ask you to assign it by combining the firstName, lastName and role variables. So you'll need to use each of those variable names along with some string literals to create the proper spacing. Combine them into one string using the concatenation operator (+).
