Hello. I have a question. I have a website, its not live yet so its on my pc. Simple website.. Just portfolio page (the index.html), about page and contact page. I want to add a wordpress blog. So logically all I need is to install WP inside subdirectory and link the nav btn to the WP installation folder? Right now its working fine but I want to be sure im doing this right.

Add a "link" item for "Home" and the other menu listings on your static site and input the corresponding website address of the pages on your static site. You can drag and drop menu listings into the order you want, and also determine where the menu appears (depends on theme but usually header and/or footer). Be sure to save your menu. Then people can get back and forth between the static site and the blog easily. Hope it goes well!
