Can anyone help?

The question wants me to add a label to the select element, but I'm not sure if it wants me to add either a label element or a optgroup element. I've tried both ways but with no luck.

You need to tell the label what it's for, otherwise it's just a label floating around. The 'for' is equal to the id of your tag.
