Can I build a mobile app like uber or Skype using wordpress?

I know wordpress can make most of websites but can I build a mobile app using wordpress? What languages do I need to learn to build an app like uber without wordpress? Thanks

No, you can't build a mobile app using Wordpress. You're at the beginning of a very long road, but you've made the right start - having a desire to make something.

Andrew Stelmach , I wouldn't say that "can't" build an app with Wordpress ( http://apppresser.com/ ) You just won't have a native app, nor anything like Skype.

TJ HYUN , honestly this question is extremely broad. You need to start with which platform you want to develop for first. Do you want to start with an iOS or Android app? Or do you want it to run on desktop first and then move to an app. Maybe first you want it to run in a browser on a website, and then move to an app after you have some success. First you need to decide what your product is (uber and Skype are two different worlds) and then start your research.

Thank you Andrew. I just have no idea where to start and what to do for building my app. I'm just learning here and there and getting intimidated by building an app that I want to build. I will definitely check out the link that you posted and will come up with better questions.
