534 PointsCan someone please tell me what the correct code is for I am absolutely unable to produce it...
Tripped up by the "less than 3 characters" bit. Am I supposed to use the len function somewhere?
def suggest(product_idea):
if product_idea < "3 characters":
raise ValueError("must be more than 3 characters")
return product_idea + "inator"

Data Analysis Techdegree Student 10,200 PointsHi there! Yes you are right you do use the len() function here.
So with that in mind think about the question again, you are trying to raise a ValueError if the len of product idea is less than or equal to 3.
Just ask if you're still unsure :)

534 PointsThe task was:
I've made a function that creates brand new product names using "artificial intelligence".
I have a problem though, people keep on adding product ideas that are too short. It makes the suggestions look bad.
Can you please raise a ValueError if the product_idea is less than 3 characters long? product_idea is a string. Thanks in advance!
