Hi i was wondering if you can use the :target to display information when the user click on a button in the navbar while also hide information (content) that is not relevant. (creating a one page website).

I'm not exactly sure I understand the question. However, what I can say is you could use some JavaScript (jQuery in my example) to trigger an event on click to hide elements in the DOM.
