Captcha in A Password Reset Form

Is it vital to place a captcha in a password reset form? Is the WP password reset form a main target of automated spam bots as well?

It's not vital to include one on every password reset form - our reset form at Treehouse doesn't include one, for example. Almost every aspect of Wordpress is attacked by spam bots and other scripts. It's really easy to attack since running Wordpress is usually easily identified and the filenames and urls are all identical across Wordpress installs.
