Cascading Combobox Dropdown for Gravity Forms

Hi,

I need a cascading dropdown feature (also known as dependent or chained select) in Gravity Forms as in following example.

http://demos.kendoui.com/web/combobox/cascadingcombobox.html

I want this for Country > State > City > County chain. Source data should come from mysql table.

Is there any body can do this OR already did OR point me in the right direction how to do it?
