Challenges with the pseudolink

I seem to be facing challenges with this pseudolink .

Anyone else facing the same challenge? it seems straightforward enough, what am i doing wrong?

Would you believe that the culprit is a space? Sometimes CSS is picky about whitespace and this is one of those times! Here's what it should look like:

no joy, i have tried all the space, no space combinations i could think of and still not getting through, i genuinely think there is a bug on this pseudoclass thing, either that or there is something im totally missing

refreshed browser and started again and it finally worked, thanks
