Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 8,110 PointsCode challenge solution
What will be the right solution for the below mentioned code challenge?
Code challenge: In the .photo:hover .overlay rule, write a transform that will move the element up 100% from its original space.
My answer: .photo:hover .overlay { transform: translateY(100%); }
But, as per treehouse website, my above mentioned answer is wrong.
/* overlay and img transitions ---------- */
.overlay,
img {
transition: transform .6s ease-out;
}
/* overlay and img transforms ---------- */
.photo:hover .overlay {
transform: translateY(100%);
}
.photo:hover img {
}

20,433 PointsTo go up you need to use a negative number. So the value would be -100%.
