When required to create a selector, you have to add a block of code on the .css file. Therefore, you should add a selector in the styles.css file for the h1 element and change its color, like so:
h1 {
color: purple
}
Good luck!

<h1 style="color: purple">Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>
The style attribute is used to add many styles. For example, you can write:
<h1 style="color: purple; font-size: 16px; margin-left: 30px">Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>
Although i would highly recommend using an external stylesheet as previously mentioned.
Obviously this site has countless resources but you can also check out W3schools.
