Content updating problem

I have a problem and I'll try my best to explain what it is...

I'm just starting out with wordpress and I'm facing lots of problems.

When I add/remove widgets, it is only visible on pages that I haven't loaded yet, it looks to my like my browser saves pages and won't allow changes, because if I open another browser and enter exact same url, changes are visible?

Did you face this problem anytime?

try to clear the browser cache.

Hm, looks like problem persist :/

Try to add/remowe widgets with another browser just to be sure.

I tried, if I do with with Mozilla, Chome will show it when page is loaded, if I do it with Chrome, Mozilla will show it, but only if page was not loaded before O.o

Look like browsers are saving pages somewhere and it is not cache :/
