Continents A

I am having trouble printing out continents that begin with the letter A

continents.py
continents = [
    'Asia',
    'South America',
    'North America',
    'Africa',
    'Europe',
    'Antarctica',
    'Australia',
]
# Your code here
continents = [
    'Asia',
    'Africa',
    'Antarctica',
    'Australia',
]

print("Continents:")
for continent in continents:
    print("* " + continent)
print("Continents that start with letter A:")
for a in continents:
    print("A "+continent)

You’re almost there. Try using an if statement to selectively print a continent if the first character ([0] or .startswith()) is an β€œA”.

Post back if you need more help. Good luck!!!
