Convert Blog Listing and Single Post Templates

Im on Zac's video and he said "content-post.php download files" im confused where is that at?

Should be in the sidebar to the right to download files. If not on that video, have a look at another in the series.

I checked all the series and only one download, but it only have "wp-theme-development-stage-05" file . If i cant find it i will just copy from video. Site is complicated with new look, and I dont see my wordpress theme template series on my TRACKS.
