Create custom gravity form

I already have my form and page ready and I'm looking for a way to link the form on my page to the custom gravity form I used in from the Wordpress plugin. How do I go about this? Tried being smart and made a form and a page template and picked up the ids and inserted them into the form on my page. However the problem here is that when it submits, it goes back to the original page. Zac Gordon

I'm not sure quite what you mean by link. Each gravity form has a short code you can paste into the page where you want it. Is that what you mean?
