Creating a Dynamic Menu: Missing page "Work"

I am following along and creating a local website exactly like the one shown in the tutorials. However my problem is this:

I am missing my page "Work." I don't understand why. It does not appear as a menu option to choose. But I did create the work.php page and it exists in the wpportfolio folder along with the rest of the php pages ie index.php, header.php, style.css etc.

The rest of the website works up until this point. As show in the videos.

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe this tutorial is about creating custom menus. Did you create a new menu? After you create the menu, there should be a box on the left hand side which you can use to add pages, categories etc. to your new custom menu. In that box there are tabs. Make sure view all is checked rather than most used.

Thanks so much for the reply. I should of mentioned I did create a new menu. And I see the box on the left hand side and the rest of the pages do appear but not the "work" page.

Please help.

Thanks!

Ok, on top of that box there are three tabs, Most Recent, View All, and Search. By default, Most Recent is checked. Did you make sure that View All is checked? Sometimes pages don't show up in the most recent.

Thanks for your help. I believe I found the error. I skipped creating a "Work" page from the admin area as stated in the video
