I am watching the tutorial of downloading cyber duck and then the plan is to upload files on it. When I click on the downloaded file to open it, there are 3 options: repair, uninstall, and close.

That means its already installed.

17,230 PointsWhen you try to use the file that downloads it is going to just attempt to reinstall/remove/fix etc.
What version of Windows are you using?
