Did not understand it

I tried replaying the video several times, I did not understand the color stops and Transparency video well. Is there any other easy source to understand. The <size> for Radial-Gradient as well i tried looking it up on MDN and several sources it seems very complicated and the language used is not easy to understand any leads would be appreciated
