discrimantion?

as a bisexual latin man I find rare this kind of thought. discrimination in the english language means "seeing a difference" isn't discrimination against heterosexual people this kind of thought? instead of learning about "pay gap" wouldn't it be more important to teach the bravery of sharing with coworkers the information of your paying check and throw with all that taboo all the pay gap? because if it is any kind of injustice, wouldn't be responsible for your work mates to help you notice that irregularity so you could do something about it?
