Does anyone have experience in uploading 3GP video files to Wordpress?

First I tried a direct Add Media and then I also uploaded the file in Youtube. Neither were successful, even though I had had no problem linking to someone else's Youtube video on my WP blog a few weeks ago.

There is a big blank space where the video should be.

Are you trying to upload this video in both WP and in YouTube and it's not working? Could it be a problem with the file?

Thanks for your reply. The problem is not with the 3GP file itself - I can play it on my computer and on Youtube, so it could be that Wordpress does not recognize the 3GP format.

I eventually fixed the problem by using iMovie to import the file and then exporting is in .M4V.
