Error importing a database

I have a wordpress site I am trying to move and when I go to import the database I get this error.

SQL query:

CREATE DATABASE myptink_com DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

Hello Gary, you need to login as a user with permissions. Default 'root' or create new user with all privileges.
