Error in code in "Install and Use Sequelize CLI" instructions

Just an FYI in case you find yourself scratching your head on why the development.db file wasn't created automatically like the instructions say. There is a minor issue I found in the source files where:

this line of code const { Sequelize } = require('sequelize/types');

should be replaced with this const { Sequelize } = require('sequelize');

then it should work fine :)

I was also promted to reinstall SQLite so if you have further issues try that out as well.
