i think there is some problem with the interface.

Are you in the second task? If yes, your code is good. Please write to treehouse, you find a bug.

Or close the treehouse window on your web browser and starts again it the challenge step by step.

This code will get you through task 2. I pasted it into the challenge and confimed that it passed.

Some additional code will be needed for task 3.
