Exception: '>' not supported between instances of 'Student' and 'int'

How am i supposed to do comparisons within a method if i keep getting this error? it doesn't make sense!

first_class.py 
class Student:
    name = "Your Name"

    def praise(self):
        return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

    def reassurance(self):
        return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

    def feedback(grade, self):
        if grade > 50:
            return praise()
        elif grade <= 50:
            return reassurance()

Reverse the order of your parameters here: 

def feedback(grade, self):

self should come first.

After that there is one more fix.

Why don't we need to write the methods including the "self", like so :

return self.praise()

?
