Hello, I installed in my host a Wordpress CMS for a friend, to use it while he doesn't buy any host...He imported a theme and configured everything and created his personal blog.
Now he just bought a host and domain for his wordpress blog so I need to export it to transfer to his host, how can I export the wordpress full content? Thank you

The easiest way to do this is by installing the plug in call "WP Backup Plugin?" and exporting the database and the files right from your WP admin.
You will need some technical skills to upload the site to the new host though. If you need help with that Ill be happy to assist you. Just open a new Forum question and find me :) hope this helps!
