filezilla question

In the section of how to build a website with wordpress it says that we will need filezilla downloaded in order to get it to our server. It has 2 filezilla download options but does not state which to download... the client only, the server only, or if I am to download both. It just jumps to a dashboard after. Any ideas?

The client :)

The "client" refers to the software itself and it's all you need.
