First question on Finding # of employees for guests

Not sure what this question is asking for without a spreadsheet giving me to cell #s. I found a SUMIF function that works on a test case, but it would be too specific to be an answer. I used =ROUNDUP(SUMIF(A2:A3031,A3031/5)) because I created a spreadsheet. I can't figure out how to answer the question without a spreadsheet to refer to.

This one is just asking for the function you would provide to solve this problem, you don't need to see any cells or data besides what's provided. You're correct in using ROUNDUP(), but you don't need to provide this with cell names and we don't need to use SUMIF either.

You just want to divide the expected total of guests by 15, then provide how many decimal places to round to, which in this case, would be 0 to get it to the nearest integer.
