First time WooCommerce user advice needed about stock levels how to improve reports

Hey fellow Treehouse people I am setting up a website for someone who is starting up a business selling healthy meals to their gym members the plan in the future is maybe sell to the public.

I have set up WooCommerce offline and playing around it looks fine so far looking at all the options and settings nothing too daunting.

But where I am stuck is the stock level what I am looking for is a plugin or way to get emailed report to say ok 10 orders for chicken have come in you have 15 left in stock, I notice you can see in reports but looking for advice or a plugin that can make stock levels and notifications better.
