Praise is not defined, but this is a method defined above.
As well, I'm doubting if I need to define the attribute grade (don't know if it's enough if add it as an attribute of the method.)
class Student:
name = "J"
def praise(self):
return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)
def reassurance(self):
return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)
def feedback(self, grade):
if grade > 50:
return praise()
if grade < 50:
return reassurance()

16,725 PointsHey Joakim,
praise()
is a method on the Student
class, so you just need to add self.
in front of praise()
and reassurance()
in your feedback
definition.

9,036 PointsOh, ok, I see now. Still wrapping my head a bit around the self functionality, but start to get it more and more. Thanks!
