Footer background color won't change completely

I added an Instagram badge (downloaded from Instagram) in its original size the footer background color changes completely. However, if I resize it to 60px the footer background color won't change behind it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Thaer,

You should post your code and provide a link to the image... but without that, I can only guess that the Instagram icon is of a format that does not support transparency ā€” i.e. the icon has it's own solid background that you cannot manipulate with CSS.
