Foundation to WordPress nav menu

I have built a working template using the foundation framework. I am now taking this into WordPress. When transferred everything works, the styles etc... but the nav menu wont.

It is a simple topbar, fixed, and right aligned. When i click the home page it reloads mu front-page.php. I have set another template for other pages, page.php which i have assigned from the dashboard. When i click other links in the nav i am getting the following...

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I have adding theme support for menus and registered them etc... in function.php.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Rob
