If you can't answer any question on the quiz it's a good indication that you should spend some time reviewing the material leading up to the quiz. Take it slow, think about each concept, and write some code snippets yourself whenever something you haven't coded before is being shown.
It's also a good idea to review the basics. The preceding courses JavaScript Basics and JavaScript Loops, Arrays, and Objects are crucial to understanding the ES2015 material.
As a programmer it's worth regularly revisiting the basics. Even as someone who has worked professionally for years I find benefit in doing so. There is always a greater understanding to be reached.
