Having problems embedding video... HELP!

I cant seem to embed a video from YouTube, when I follow the video and embed the video I refresh my browser but it flashes black for one second then is blank white again. I cant work out what I am doing wrong, can anyone help?

I think I have fixed the problem by adding http: in front of the URL's!

Its just a basic html doc with the video code I took straight from YT in the body. Any ideas? I am sure it is something simple I have missed.
