Having trouble with downloaded sample code Stormy_s4v2.zip

First I had trouble unzipping it due to the encryption, now I cannot run this in my computer, what is the correct Edit configuration? I get "Error: Android Manifest.xml doesn't exist or has incorrect tag"

Anyone had this issue?
