Help please to assign me navigation child to template page

How can i assign a template called 'page-services.php' wheres the navigation is like:

Home
Services
-Business consulting
-Digital Marketing
-Graphic Design
Contact Us

And i want page-services.php, to be assigned to the child of Services . So Business consulting, digital marketing and graphic desing will be assigned the template page-services.php

How can i do it?
