Help with uploading an XML database on phpmyadmin

I just uploaded an XML database I downloaded from a wordpress site using phpmyadmin through Xampp. I don't know where it went or how to access it.

Can anyone help?

If you were importing an XML WP export you want to use the WordPress Tools > Import feature rather than upload to your DB. If it is a DB file then it should end in .sql
