Help with value error

def suggest(product_idea): return product_idea + "inator" if product_idea <= 3: raise ValueError("Idea should be longer then 3 things!")

It says (Bummer error)

suggestinator.py
def suggest(product_idea):
    return product_idea + "inator"
    if product_idea <= 3:
        raise ValueError("Idea should be longer then 3 things!")

Hi Roy, you are close. I see two issues. First, your if statement needs to check the length of the product_idea and raise a ValueError if the length of the suggest method parameter is lower than 3, but not lower AND equal to 3. Second, the if statement should be performed before the return statement.
