Hi Im about to redesign a website http://redsalon.co.uk/ . How much should I charge for it? Theme from scratch

The website is going to be created from scratch in Wordpress. What would be the base price for it?

I would tend to base a quote on time and hourly rate. its a how long is a piece of string question, but as far as a client is concerned, if a website is going to take you 100 hours while you learn, where it would take the experienced developer 20 hours, then 20 hours would be the acceptable rate to charge for it. - but is it one page, ten pages, does it have ecommerce? you need to have a good think about the content & what it would entail
