How can I combine wooCommerce and finished design on Bootstrap about delivery food (HTML, CSS)? What is the easiest way?

So I have a my site finished design on custom Bootstrap theme, it's only CSS, HTML and a couple of jQuery plugins. I want to build a fully eCommerce, responsive site by using the wooCommerce. What is the main steps to do that? Please, give me some recommendations.
