How can I create a Slideshow with 8 items on each slide?

I've designed this website and theme myself. Now I want to create a Slideshow with my latest videos in it. I can bring up the latest videos but I don't know how to make a slideshow with 8 videos on each slide. Can anyone help me with this please? This is of great importance to me.

You may have to use a counter in your loop to count off sets of 8.
