How do i add a menu to a page in my website?

I want to add a full menu to a page in my website.

I know that most websites have ordinary menus, that are often displayed horizontally in the middle of on the left of the website.

I want there to be a menu exactly like that located on one of my websites pages... so when you click on the menu page, you have an entire menu located within the page itself.

Please let me know if you need clarification, or if you can advise me.

I do not use bootstrap; nor do i have experience in create my own custom theme from the bottom up.

Will either of these points affect my ability to create a menu that is located inside of a page?

It would look like this -- Website Logo menu area [Santa Monica] Click on santa monica leads you to...

menu area [Santa Monica]

[Homes] [Business] [Talent] [More]

INSTEAD OF

[Santa Monica] Hover over santa monica with mouse and the dropdown menu appears with the pages "homes, business, talent, more" I prefer it the first way because then you are more immersed in the experience.

I have not taken any of the Wordpress courses yet, so I don't know the answers to your questions. You may want to watch the video and see if it is applicable to your situation. Or you could take the entire Wordpress course and learn how to make your own custom Wordpress site and templates.

Thank you, 'sir
