1,621 PointsHow do I create an h1 selector and make it purple. Isn't this done on CSS?
This question applies to the Challenge task 2 of 2 in the intro to HTML and CSS.
<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
<link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet">
</head>
<body>
<h1>Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>
</body>
</html>
h1 {

Yes, this is done in CSS, and it looks like you've already correctly started this task. In the CSS tab (file) you already have entered
h1 {
Now you just need to add the CSS to change the color (hint: color
) and the color requested by the task (purple
) and then close the h1
rule with the closing curly brace.
So, you pretty much have it... just need to finish.
Hope this helps. :)
